Article 1 - ORGANIZER

The company My Boarding Box, registered under SIRET number 937 589 562, whose registered office is located at 30 Avenue Maréchal Foch, Bureau 3, 69006 Lyon, (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), is organizing a promotional game with a purchase requirement, accessible through certain boxes marketed under the My Boarding Box brand.

Article 1a - NEUTRALITY OF TERMS

The masculine terms used in these rules are used neutrally and refer equally to any person, regardless of gender.

Article 2 - PURPOSE OF THE GAME

The purpose of these rules is to define the terms and conditions of a promotional game based on the use of scratch cards, included in the My Boarding Box “international destination” boxes, sold via the Organizer's website.

Each card allows you to try to win a prize, subject to the conditions defined below.

Article 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the game is open to any natural person who meets the following cumulative conditions:

• be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of participation;
• reside in a member country of the European Union;
• have purchased a My Boarding Box containing a scratch card.

Any participation by a minor is considered null and void.

In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or require the intervention of the minor's legal representative, without incurring any liability.

Article 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the game is automatic upon purchase of a My Boarding Box containing a scratch card.

Each box allows for only one participation, each card being independent of the others.

A prize is revealed exclusively by scratching the card provided for this purpose.

Article 5 - PRIZES AND DISTRIBUTION OF CARDS

A total of two hundred (200) scratch cards have been issued, distributed as follows:

The distribution of prizes was determined prior to the issuance of the cards and is not subject to any subsequent draw.

Article 6 - DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES

6.1 - “Trip” Prize

The “Trip” prize includes, for two (2) people:

• two round-trip air tickets;
• hotel accommodation;
• a stay of at least two (2) nights, i.e., a minimum of three (3) days on site.

The trip destination may be located in Europe or nearby Europe (notably Morocco, Tunisia...), without this list being limited.

The Organizer will offer the winner three (3) trip options, from which the winner must make their choice, subject to availability.

The commercial value of the “Trip” prize is estimated between five hundred euros (€500) and one thousand five hundred euros (€1500) including VAT, depending on the destination, period, selected services, and departure location.

6.2 - “Free Box” Prize

The “Free Box” prize consists of the delivery of a My Boarding Box, the theme and contents of which will be determined by the Organizer based on availability at the time the prize is awarded.

This prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any financial consideration.

6.3 - “Discount” Prizes

The “Discount” prizes take the form of promotional codes:

• -50%
• -20%

These codes are valid on the My Boarding Box website, subject to the conditions specified when they are communicated.

They cannot be combined with each other or exchanged for money.

The discount codes are valid for a limited period, specified when they are communicated, and cannot be used beyond their expiration date.

Article 7 - CLAIMING PRIZES (ALL PRIZES INCLUDED)

Regardless of the prize won, the winner has a maximum period of sixty (60) days from the discovery of the winning card to contact the Organizer.

The prize must be claimed by email at the following address: contact@myboardingbox.com.

Any card that is illegible, incomplete, falsified, or does not clearly identify the prize will be considered null and void.

Failure to follow this procedure or meet the deadline will result in the prize being considered permanently forfeited, with no possibility of appeal.

Article 8 - TERMS OF PRIZE AWARDING

8.1 - Trip

The winner must book their trip within a maximum period of six (6) months from the discovery of the prize.

The booking must be made directly with the Organizer, according to the terms it defines.

The actual date of the trip may occur later, depending on availability and the conditions defined with the Organizer.

8.2 - Free Box

The free box will be shipped to the address provided by the winner, within a reasonable period after the prize is validated, subject to available stock.

8.3 - Discounts

The discount codes will be sent by email after the prize is validated and must be used in accordance with the conditions specified when they are communicated.

Article 9 - LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

Prizes cannot be redeemed for any financial consideration, exchanged, or refunded.

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

• force majeure or an event beyond its control;
• loss, deterioration, or destruction of the card;
• unavailability related to carriers or hotels;
• fraudulent use of a prize;

Any costs not expressly included in the prizes remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

Article 10 - PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with the game is used exclusively for the management of prizes.

In accordance with current regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, simply by making a request at the following address: contact@myboardingbox.com.

Article 11 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, without reservation or condition.

Any fraud, attempted fraud, or failure to comply with the rules will result in the participant's immediate exclusion.

Article 12 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These rules are subject to French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
