How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the chosen delivery interval. Products are then automatically shipped by the store after each successful renewal.

For example, if you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, your card will be automatically debited each month and you will receive your products directly to your home, without having to reorder!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.

The only exception is subscriptions which require a minimum number of payments before they can be cancelled.

The customer portal is accessible via the magic link received by email when you first ordered your subscription. You can also manage your subscriptions by creating an account in the store.

How do I skip or reschedule a payment?

You can skip or reschedule a payment from the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a "Skip Payment" button next to it, which you can use if needed. You can also click "Reschedule" to change the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Absolutely. You can modify your subscription from the customer portal. Simply click the "Edit" button in the product card to add, modify, or remove items from your subscription.

What happens if the payment fails?

If your subscription renewal fails due to a payment issue, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment information.
